GENERAL MOTION OF WORK Lidia Ferrari
Two important clarifications to the stages:
1. The classes focus on a specific issue but work on the entire structure of the dance, at one time. This means that classes can be productive for all levels.
2. In baseline levels (beginners and intermediate) work the structure of tango dancing as such, used for development in any style (danceable, new games, fantasy, etc).
3. The tango is a dance of two. It will work all the time dynamics of the movements with a partner.
The stages will have an increasing level of complexity.
Pedagogy:
a. difficulties are observed for participants to work on them. B.
exercises are included to adapt the body to the movements, positions and shapes and understand the dynamics of movements in the pair.
Topics:
themes derived from the essential to be able to dance tango. These fundamentals are:
- The dynamics of the movements with a partner. Driving and Monitoring .- The posture, balance and the embrace of the couple.
- The dissociation, projection and resistance. Axis and balance. Balance shafts in different styles.
- The interpretation of music. The different orchestras.
- The transmission of sensation in the dance itself.
